Like when I send a push notification It should play a sound,
exist an way to manage the backendless push notification?

“effects” of push notifications on the client-side vary from one operating system to the next. For example, playing a sound is supported on iOS, but I am not aware of the same support on Android. What OS do you send a notification to?
