how to remove file reference from a field?

i have a field ‘thumbnail’ that holds a file reference of an image. I can easily add from ‘Data’ console, but i couldn’t find a clean and direct way to remove the value. What i did -

  1. click on ‘link/set’ button
  2. it opens a pop up to ‘Set the related file’
  3. I cleared ‘Enter the URL’ field that contains the file path
  4. Save
    This way it was removed. I suggest there must be a button to remove the value from these kind of field.

The way you did it is correct. We will improve it in the version 4 of Backendless Console.
