How to use symbol inside a Text?

I found this symbols inside a “Text” where are the definition of them?

The red “X” and the minus and plus they are not in “Content”

Could you clarify where you find that?

I assume that might be a Font Awesome Icons, but without an app or preview page, I could not confirm it.

I found at the “Appointment Sample Apps” and there are not Icon they are TEXT thats the mystery…

It is a Icon Font. You could look how it works at styles file “fontello”.
