Hi I’m trying to delete my app, as I no longer need it, but as soon a I delete it says transaction declined. could you please delete it for me me the ID is 8B18F5C7-90D8-37E3-FF44-0F834B697700. Thanks
The system is attempting to clear the accumulated balance. It sounds like the credit card transaction is being declined and that prevents the app from being deleted.
