I email your twice with no response I purchased a spring board account but you then bill me for a Cloud 99

I authorized you to charge me for the Springboard plan as do not have a shipping app and do not need the Cloud99 plan please refund that till I am ready to ship my app as I alone need the Cloud-9 plan later at no point did I authorize you to bill me for the Cloud-99 plan, fix this, the account is alanc@mac.com
