Importing data taking a very long time

I’m inporting 20 objects into my 15 column database via CSV and it is taking hours. Any idea why?

I can suggest, that it could be because the time you made import just happened during renewal of our servers.
If you are still experiencing the problem, please post here the appId and the csv file (or send it to support@backendless.com).

As an aside, is there anyway to be notified when the servers will be down in the future? Is there a mailing list for such notifications?

Hi, Catherine. I’ve tried to make import the table you sent to us. It is “FoodList” with 22 objects. For me all works fine even in your app. You can find imported table in Data section. Please, could you try delete it and import again to make sure that all works fine for you too.

Just tried again and getting an error message “Unable to
connect to Backendless API Server. Please contact your System Administrator.” Let me try again from a different network.

Just tried and all ran ok. Ok to close the ticket.
