In cloud 99 plan, does unlimited pub/sub messaging are limited by API calls?

In your cloud 99 plan, you states that it offers unlimited pub/sub messaging and unlimited push. However, there is a limit of 40,000,000 API calls.
Does this mean that the “unlimited push or pub/sub messaging” you offer is somewhat restricted by the API calls limit?

Thanks.
Since I would like to upgrade.

Push notifications are counted by the number of devices they are delivered to. When there is no limit, Backendless will not count how many push notifications had been sent out.

The pub/sub messages would be somewhat limited, although the API limit you see for Cloud99 is “stretchable”. There are 40,000,000 calls included into the plan, when the limit is hit, you will be charged $0.80 for each additional 100,000 calls.
