Intermittent emails

Hello. Over the last year we have had multiple point where emails with attachments were not being sent. I think we had 2/3 support tickets for this, each eventually being resolved.
But

The last 2 weeks I’m getting reports from multiple customers that’s emails aren’t being sent. Since this is 80% of the app function it’s making us look bad.
Everytime I test it succeeds.

Any suggestions on a workaround?

Are the attachments in your emails PDF files? We have deployed a fix today that addresses that specific use case.

Seems to be acting up again.
3 emails never were sent this morning.

It looked like this was resolved for a few weeks, but popped back up yesterday. ( appears to be working at moment)
