Hello. Over the last year we have had multiple point where emails with attachments were not being sent. I think we had 2/3 support tickets for this, each eventually being resolved.
But
The last 2 weeks I’m getting reports from multiple customers that’s emails aren’t being sent. Since this is 80% of the app function it’s making us look bad.
Everytime I test it succeeds.
We have created an internal ticket BKNDLSS-24599 for this issue. This problem has a higher priority for us now. We will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
