Intermittent fault

Hi guys it looks like I am getting an intermittent fault across all of my apps which seems to have started about 15 hours ago. Clients are unable to login or get logged out and I am getting time out requests on backendless requests. This was on iOS but maybe on Android too. The applications on the console all look ok. An example application Is E9DF3457-FBDF-4D42-A6F3-FDFF2C260FF6. Unfortunately on holiday so if you could please take a look and try to resolve without much input from myself be very grateful!. Mike

Hi there, I think the problem is happening again. I cannot login again via app. No code changes. Started approx 30 mins ago I would guess

I have login problems with my app, too. On Android no login method (email/password, Google, Facebook) works! On iOS email/password doesn’t work but Google, Facebook and Apple work.
Received error is “User not logged in!”
Please make effort to fix this ASAP!
