Internal Server Error (code 500) EU server

We are using the EU servers and we seems to have an issue with the EU server.
The form themselves and develop page get an 500 (Internal Server Error).

Could someone look into this?
I expect a problem with the EU server again.

Thanks for taking time and report us about the issue.
There was an issue with one of worker node the devops team is working investigating that.
