Internal server error when User Registration

Hello
I’m getting an “Internal server error with id …” via REST API
when User Registration using 37 or more characters of the e-mail address.
Please tell me the Solution.
App id: 861FF429-F533-6174-FF6E-F5CC88FDD000
Thanks

Is that a real email address?

We’ll look into it.

Cheers,
Mark

Hi, Shika

Hi Artur,

Thank you for resolving
the problem we have pointed out.

Now we are wondering is there still
number of letters limitation for
it.
What is max characters for
e-mail address or no
limitation?

Regards,
Shika

Hi, Shika,

The maximum length of a valid email address acceptable by Backendless is 254 characters, as declared in specification. If you are curious why read this nice post.

Regards,
Artur.

Hi Artur,

I understood.
Thank you for your reply.

Shika

Hello Artur,
We are still getting Internal server error.
Could you tell me when the fix would be applied?

Regards,
Shika

Hi Shika,

Please be patient, we will notify you immediately after fix appears.

Regards,
Artur.

Hello Shika,

We have updated our production server. Now you need to reset indices for your application: goto Users tab > User properties, change identity to any not-null column and then set identity back to email. And things are going to work.

Best, Artur.

Hello Artur,

I’ve confirm that the problem has been resolved.
Thank you to the corresponding.

Regards,

Shika.
