Invalid name of folder , I can't delete it

I created a folder Treats_&_Treats_vendor in the file service. The folder was created but Ican’t open it or do anything with it because it says special character is not allowed. That’s fine. However I am trying to delete this orphaned folder now but I can’t delete it either because somehow it let me create it .
Can you delete it or fix it this bug (either allow special character or allow its deletion)?
