do you have a service or cloud status page? it would make things much easier to quickly check if there was a problem. Better, let folks sign up to get notifications of outages/degraded service.

My users are doing a good job of notifying ME… :>)
We don’t have yet, but planning it in the future
Do you have an estimate on when it will be back up ?
Could we be talking about any minute if successful in your attempts ?
Or are we talking about a minimum of hours ?

@Kelly_Oglesby so this is a full production outage ? I’m just doing dev work and was not sure if this outage affected everything or only those trying to get into the dev ui
@Nicolas_REMY I can’t provide estimates right now, our devops team is really working hard right now on restoring the service. If I have any updates, I’ll let you know here right away.
But I’m sure it will not take hourS.

I don’t think so - users reported it down 1.5 hrs ago, but those aspects that I can test seem to be working now.
