I understand that I don’t have an active support package. but my topic is not about my installation or about the pro version in general
it’s a general question about codeless and to my knowledge you do provide support to free tier users in this regard. Is that correct?
Answering this question will be a great help to everyone on the platform who may need it in the future
The platform is awesome and you guys are great and it deserves more attention.

I understand your question is about the general Codeless feature, and we always try to help where we can. However, for self-hosted (pro) installations, our policy is that direct support is only available for users with an active support package. Unfortunately, we’re not able to make exceptions to this policy.
