Issues with data export and password reset

hi team,
I am experiencing issues with data export and password reset

App ID: 9088AF67-1648-1726-FF09-A51862BF1A00
Backendless version 3

Data export has not worked for the past few weeks (I export from console, do not get an error, but nothing is exported under Files or received via email)

Similarly, users are reporting not being able to reset their password, which we need to do manually

Would it be possible to look into this?

hello @Dima , we are experiencing again this issue: we are unable to export the data

Backendless console shows the green message that the export is in progress, but it never works (I am exporting a small table with users, so normally it should take a few seconds to receive the email)

I have checked also under Files, and there is also no data there. I did the same last week, and indeed there is also no data for last week

Would you mind please resolving this issue? You have info about the app in the first post
