I consistently have problems with things not saving in the UI Builder.
I’m speaking specifically when I enter new or edit items in Logic.
If I type in the Table Name and hit Enter for example.
If I go to User Interface and click back on Logic
The field is empty or still the name I deleted
Is there a way I’m supposed to be saving it?

Have you watched the video(s) describing how to save data?
Have you checked the network calls? (All my videos demonstrate how to do that)
Have you done any debugging by printing log messages?
