javascript in BL Timer/Event

I’m new to backendless, so maybe I missing something. The question is - I really would like to use javascript in Business Logic Timer and Events. Is where any plans to allow javascript there? I know that node.js on server is possible to use by File script, but that’s totally different functionality

Hi Yuriy,

You’re correct, custom business logic in the form of event handlers and timers is currently supported only for Java and PHP. We plan to add Node.js support in the future.
