We checked our file storage and we are not taking up that much space. Maybe there are files that we have not checked. Can you point us at the right direction on which files to delete to resolve this issue? Thanks!
Is there way to automatically delete backups that were created at a certain time. Let’s say I’d like to delete all backups that have been created 3 months ago. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
My question is, why aren’t the backups being deleted when we have the “Delete Backups Older Than:” set to 30 days. There are still backups as old as Feb 22 2024 in the backups file directory.
I can see that the backups older than 30 days have been removed. Will all backups older than 30 days be removed automatically from now on? or are we still gonna a problem like this in the future?
Older backups are not deleted now due to bug in backups deletion logic. There is internal ticket for this moment already. When that bug is fixed backups older than specified threshold will be removed automatically.
Hi @mark-piller, are there any other file directories that are taking a lot of space on our app? or do we have a way to check these in the file storage? It’s a bit confusing since the folders don’t have a file size.
I would really appreciate it if you could let us know when it is resolved. Thanks so much!
We definitely will!
are there any other file directories that are taking a lot of space on our app?
While it’s possible, we can’t say for sure. You’ll need to check manually in the file storage. Unfortunately, there’s no convenient tool for this yet.
I’ve deleted the files in the root directory, removed unnecessary pages as well as whole containers in the uibuilder but we’re still getting the warning. I’ve tried checking manually which places in the file storage are taking up more space but I couldn’t figure out which one to look for since it’s not displaying file sizes.
Will you be able to check our app on which areas are taking more space? or maybe just add file sizes on the folders so we can check on our own?
The warning indicates issues with the objects in the table, and files are not relevant in this case. You likely need to purchase an additional package for 200K objects.
