Limit of users and data is not increased automatically

On Sunday we got the error that we need to buy additional 1 million of data objects (we bought), but now we can’t register new users because we have the limit of users.

Right now I found the page in backendless where I can set autopurchase http://take.ms/NOhwD , I edited it.

Is it true that if I have 10,000 active users per month, it will automatically take 10 dollars from the credit card? Or I need to change quantity of autopurchase?

What I want is: I want you to take all the money I need to pay automatically, I don’t want to enter the account everytime when we reached the limit. So if we need 20 millions of data object, we want you to take all the money automatically.

  1. The question about this row in price http://take.ms/6AVGZ . Where I can see the pricing for this (because I didn’t found this here https://backendless.com/pricing/ ) ? Do I need to pay for this monthly on it’s just a onetime payment for extra 1 millions of objects? Is it the price for the number of objects I have after one month or the price for the number of new objects that were created during this month?

Hi Pavel,

If you enable the “auto-purchase” checkbox, Backendless will handle purchases automatically when the limit is reached. The pricing is monthly as indicated in the Function Pack.

When a limit is reached, a new charge to the credit card will be placed. The amount is calculated based on the number of days remaining in the month.

Mark

Hello,

The other question about this row in price http://take.ms/6AVGZ . Do I need to pay for this monthly on it’s just a onetime payment for extra 1 millions of objects? If I delete almost all the objects , I will not need to pay for this in next month?

The price is monthly as long as the limit is reached. If the number of objects drops below the limit, you can simply remove the Function Pack and you will not be charged.

ok, thank you
