Lost my work

My application id is :94496922-170D-4236-FF64-228CA5F5DE00

I was on my page “CreateMessage”, and had many components under “Page Panel” → contentBlock

I do not see any components there but see “Unknown Component”

I do not know what happend, but can you please help me retrieve my work.

I am sorry to hear that, we will try to restore that.

Could you please provide us a time when everything was ok on the page?
And perhaps you remember what happened right before?

I believe this incident happend around 2:40PM ET.
up until 2:00PM it was working perfectly. I tried to click on either panel or block component and that is when I saw all the component in my “panel” tree disappear. I think my “panel” component was lining up properly and I clicked and remove “Overflow” property. Thanks.

have you tried to use the Undo icon to revert this when it happened?

I did try cntl+z but that did not work. I did not click on “undo” icon on top.

files have been restored. Could you please check?

Thank you. I can see my components and code.
Is there anyway I can backup my software periodically and restore if anything like this happens again?

Great to hear it works now!
You can archive the ui-builder (or any other) folder from the Files section, download .zip and replace files in folder any time you need.
And database can be backuped using the export / import functionality.
We also have the internal ticket BKNDLSS-29218 for UI-Builder backups. We’ll notify you here as soon as it is done.
