Make (integromat) - integration not working

I’m trying to create a webhook in Make to view for uploaded files in an Backendless-app. However, I get the following error message:

This is my setup - I’ve tried with both custom API-key and the CloudCode-API-key

Can I count on this integration with Make to work in production? or would it be safer to create custom logic to interact with Make’s API?

We have not yet studied the problem, I can not give a time frame until I know why this is happening.
