I purchased Marketplace App Purchases - Springboard but I can not export the schema of my database.

Export and cloning are not available on the Springboard plan.

Well there is no information in that regard before I paid for the Springboard.

Can the 50 usd be credited to my account and I will get the 30 usd plan.
This whole process is rather confusing and better documentation would have avoided such confusion and frustration. Or a refund or other suggestions you may have to solve this issue

Hi Jim,

We switched your app to the Cloud9 plan and refunded the difference between Springboard Shortcut and Cloud9. You should see the refund in your credit card account in 3-5 days.
