Migrate import files zip is too large

When importing the files zip from the migration from 3.x to 4, I get the following error:

The files zip is 547mb…

There is a limit for the file size of 500mb. Please let us know the application IDs of the source (3.x) and the target (4.0) apps so we can copy it for you.

I requested our SysOps to copy the file to the target app.

The file should be there now. I have not verified it myself though. Please let me know if you do not see it.

I don’t see it in the 4.0 Files root nor in any of the subdirectories.

Awesome got it and migration successful!

I did however encounter a 401 issue right after. I then realized the migration brought over the old app’s iOS App Key (I had already started development on the 4.0 app before migrating). After updating the key, everything’s running fine again, just thought you should know.

Are you talking about the iOS API Key?

Yes, when I created the 4.0 app it gave me new iOS API Key, after migration, it pulled the old one over.
