Seems that we are missing about a days worth of data since the servers crashed on Tuesday of last week. Would it be possible to restore this information?

Could you specify in which cluster your application is located, for which specific period data is missing, add your appId, and also, could you please provide us with logs or any additional details related to the issue?

Hard to describe the issue. But we create labels for different item types and many are not in the system. I can send you those id’s if that helps.
