I’ve completed this step of the mission 5 times now and it won’t recognize me completing it, what can i do?

Hi @mark-piller , @Inna_Shkolnaya… attached my screenshot from the mission which didn’t complete although I’ve completed all steps.

But in the mission description, the user has a different name(identity): Batman not Batmen.
