Model Descriptor not found

Hi everyone!

We just encountered an error:

Model Descriptor not found (/opt/backendless/repo/11111-1111-1111-1111-111111/files/servercode/CODELESS/default/PRODUCTION/model.json)

Based on a previous tickets, this seems related to the file storage outage issue.
App ID: 4A47197B-AE30-FA84-FF56-0071F4010900

Please let me know once it’s fixed. Thank you!

Hello @Francis_Bagas

Thank you for contacting us. At the moment, I do not see any issue with the File Service. The file is available at the following link:
https://develop.backendless.com/4A47197B-AE30-FA84-FF56-0071F4010900/console/files/view/servercode/CODELESS/default/PRODUCTION/model.json

Could you please provide the steps to reproduce the issue?

Best regards,
Backendless Support

Hello @sergey.kuk

Sorry for the trouble, and thank you for checking. The error occurs in our timer usersUpdate. Before that, we also encountered another error:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ‘/opt/backendless/repo/4a47197b-ae30-fa84-ff56-0071f4010900/files/servercode/CODELESS/default/PRODUCTION/models/errors.js’. This issue is caused by [models/errors.js]

I hope this helps in reproducing the problem.

Hello @Francis_Bagas

Could you please tell me what operation you were trying to do when the error appeared? For example, were you deploying, editing, or running Codeless logic? This will help us reproduce the issue on our side.

Regards,
Inna

Hello Inna,

The error appeared when the timer ran. It is scheduled to run every 10 minutes, and this is the only time the error occurred. I’m not sure if this was affected when we deployed another method.

Have you tried duplicating the logic of this timer and creating a new one in another model? If so, did the error recur?

Regards,
Inna

Actually, we haven’t updated the logic in the timer until now, and it has been working fine. We just want to understand the cause and confirm if this will not be an issue in the future.
