Moving app demo to sprinplan

Good Day

Could you kindly assist me I currently have a Cloud 99 (Trial) which I would like to move onto my Springborad plan as the trial is about to end, I also would like to refer to the contents I currently have in the Springboard plan so I have created a New Cloud 99 (Trial). Could you kindly assist me with this or direct me in how I can do it myself.

I have listed the Application ID below.

I am sorry, but we do not provide such a service. You should buy a new springboard plan for the new app

As an exception, we can move the springboard plan to the new app if you remove the old one(that have a springboard now). But if you want to leave both apps, then you should buy a new springboard plan.

I can imagine you don’t want people to misuse the trials. Can we please move the springboard.

@Donovan_Hardwick as soon as you remove it I will move the application with id 120495D0-A119-0555-FF3A-97DDDA8D5E00 to the springboard plan, so you will not loose it

Donovan, what application should be moved to the Springboard plan? I see that the application you referenced earlier (app ID 120495D0-A119-0555-FF3A-97DDDA8D5E00) has been deleted today.

No, once an app is deleted, it is gone. Any particular reason you had to delete that one?

Just one of those days where everything goes wrong I guess, must have deleted it by mistake.

I have created a new trial licence, can you kindly move the Springboard to it.
