My app has been blocked

This is the URL: https://backendlessappcontent.com/147F3E51-266A-AAC4-FF2B-DFE9F84FD200/SecretAPI/files/legal_ids/d6850bcf.jpg
And it’s OK

The error 9070 coming from your platform because consider a lot of calls for my free plan?

finally we get the error message =)

The API request has been rejected because it requires scaling for processing.
Switch to the Cloud9 or Cloud99 plan to enable the Super Scaling option.

Due to the small quantity of call can you make an exception until I can check if the backendless will solve my clients expectations?
Please…

Dear Vladimir

Can you check if you could extend the Springboard test for my app ?

https://support.backendless.com/t/my-app-has-been-blocked/12734?u=mario_ghersi

API: 147F3E51-266A-AAC4-FF2B-DFE9F84FD200

I’m still developing and no so many calls just for test.

Thanks, Mario

As far as I know there is no ability to reset the blocking, need to wait until the system unblock it.
If the system detects requests from different locations (not count of api calls) it considers that the app is on production which is not allowed the Springboard plan

The app still under development the calls are from my computer and now from Heroku server to understand what’s going on. Do you know how many days takes the reset?
Thanks, Mario

Hello @Mario_Ghersi

One day.

Did your application reset in a day?

I still have some mystery at the API calls because are less than the statistics.
I’m just testing not in production should be at least 10 times less. But I found all the images at UI Builder used like icon take a new download. But the real downloads are less than the statistic.

No, I’m still waiting:

“{"code":9070,"message":"The API request has been rejected because it requires scaling for processing. Switch to the Cloud9 or Cloud99 plan to enable the Super Scaling option.","errorData":{}}”

I would like to finish the development and then when the client approve it I will start the Cloud9 but just for test and development the idea is to be free, right?

I stop using for a day to reset but still block.

Over what period of time do you get 10 logins?
I am referring to this:

Only 4 users I’m in development.
10 Logins is too much for testing? I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong?

When you have four users, when you load your app on different devices and/or from different locations, it may trigger SuperScaling which is not available on the Springboard plan and that will result in the error you see.
