I started using this new feature Layouts and it worked very well. However, I was only viewing my changes in the preview. When I preview my app, everything renders correctly with the layouts that I selected and they function as I intended.
When I visit my published app (and I did publish all changes), the layouts do not show up which renders my app useless.
I did checked my files and the layouts folder is in the folder where the app is published. Besides that I am clueless about how to fix it, please help me.

Yes, this is still a problem, so I unpublished the site because it is unusable without working layouts.
I see, the issue appears when you use a Reusable component in a Layout only
we are going to fix it as soon as possible
