hey @sergey.kuk please could you delete your comments on this thread that make any reference to our app name or domain, they are showing in public search results and it is unprofessional to be showing our support tickets to our users.
I renamed your domain name in the posts to YOURDOMAIN.com. All support posts on this forum are public unless you are a licensee of one of our Enterprise products. Keeping posts public helps other users find a solution. I do not see anything “unprofessional” about it.
Thank you @mark-piller I appreciate you changing the names of the domain. Allowing our users to see our support tickets is not something we want, and we are professionals. I guess we have a different meaning for the word.
