We are glad that everything is fine now.
Could you please describe in more detail what was happening, perhaps some steps on how we can reproduce or any additional information that may help to identify a possible problem?
Well, like I said – no images were being loaded in either UI-Builder, or on the live apps/websites that we had already published.
The issue seems to be tied to whether or not there’s a currently valid UI-Builder preview session that hasn’t timed out yet.
The images from all of my live sites will disappear when the preview session expires.
If I click the “Desktop Preview” button to start a new session – all of the images show up again.
This problem just appeared today for some reason.
After the UI-Builder preview session expires, I receive the following error when trying to view an image:
{
“code”: 6043,
“message”: “Developer API Preview Session is not longer valid. Please go to Backendless Dev Console to initiate a new preview session otherwise after refresh the browser page the starts counting API”,
“errorData”: {}
}
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue, the internal ticket for it - BKNDLSS-34336. Our team will look into it as soon as possible. Once the issue is solved, we will let you know.
we are testing the fix for the issue. It will be released soon. As workaround, you can just press open preview page, and the cookie will be updated and everything will works for you
