New user sign up stopped working

As of yesterday we’ve started to receive complaints from new users as they can’t sign up to the app. After investigation it appeared that both iOS and Android signup stopped working (no updates were released to the mobile stores during previous months) and backendless responds with the following error:

Unable to complete operation. Backend application is not properly configured. Contact the application developer and report a problem with Email Configuration.

We age using email as identity with default backendless validator.

Please, check whether values in Email settings are correct. Because i can’t reach out your email server.

Seems like this is email configuration issue on my client’s side - he is checking it and hopefully we’ll be able to resolve it soon.

I believe it’s ok to mark the ticket as resolved at this stage.
