No zip my page directory in web folder

Can you provide more details such as steps to reproduce the problem?

Step by step… after step4 i have no zipped file with my selected folder

Hi Gregor,

The reason the file is not created is that the file storage in your app is full, and there is no room to create a new file. (there is a known problem with calculating the total used size - we’re working on it). To clear the file storage, I recommend going to the BACKUPS section in UI Builder, selecting the backups you do not need, and deleting them). This will clear some space, and you will be able to create a zip file.
