Not able to access Log management tab !!

Hi - Getting below exception on trying to access ‘Log management’ tab.

The logs written using logging API in servercode - are also not appearing.

My app id is ‘09667F8B-98A7-E6B9-FFEB-B2B6EE831A00’.
