Not able to login to user accounts in debug app - iOS and Android

We have two applications in IOS and Android created for QA and production purposes. The production app is the replica of the QA app. But now we are not able to login to the accounts in QA app.

We are getting a message “your subscription status is cancelled” in backendless QA account .Is this the reason we are not able to login to user accounts?

Hi Kevin,

Yes, this is the reason why the API was not working. I resubmitted the credit card transaction which used to fail and it has gone through now. The APIs are working again. Please check if the user login works now.
