Is it still reproducing consistently? Sometimes OpenAI has issues with requests.
It looks like the cloud code execution in Backendless is timing out before it gets a response from openai. The cloud code execution is limited to the duration set by the billing plan your app is in, however, it can be expanded with an extension from the marketplace.
