Order.csv for driver, passanger role permission mission

Hello, Can I please get the order.csv file required to complete the sheriff missions? I click the link, and unlike all the other previous links, instead of just downloading the file, it takes me to a web address and just shows the raw data. I tried to create my own file, but it is not working with the mission.

I just tried to move on and the worldcities.csv is doing the same, can I just get all the .csv files that will be needed to complete the missions. thank you.
