Unfortunately, we are unable to restore the application because I could not find any backup for it.

I can also see that the subscription associated with this application was canceled on September 13, 2025, so a significant amount of time has passed since then.

Could you please clarify whether the application was intentionally deleted and is now needed again, or whether it was removed automatically due to inactivity? This information may help us better understand what happened.

Hello Victor, The application was deleted automatically ( not by intention). I am not sure if its due to inactivity since API Calls are still actively use during that time. Thanks.

Unfortunately, we do not have any records indicating that the application was automatically deleted by the system. As mentioned earlier, the subscription associated with this application was canceled on September 13, 2025, and we were unable to locate any backups for the application.

At this point, we do not have any additional information that would help determine exactly when or how the application was removed. Since no backup is available, we are unable to restore it.

We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but unfortunately there is no way for us to recover the application data.

To help us investigate this properly, could you please clarify a few details:

  1. Are we talking about the same application? Are you referring to food_recipe (App ID: F2132065-C25C-0161-FF47-1A7B5E145600) mentioned at the beginning of this topic, or a different paid project? (If it is a different one, please provide its App ID).
  2. Please check the developer’s email inbox (including the Spam/Trash folders):
  • Did you receive any notifications regarding a “failed subscription payment” or an automatic plan downgrade?
  • Did you receive any automated “inactivity warnings” prior to the deletion?

I am referring to this application:
Application ID: 5FA84990-4C00-8598-FFA4-D59E9A294900 (Application Name: tesla_tock.).

I didn’t receive any warning nor failed subscription message. ( only invoice emails are receive)

Thank you for providing the exact App ID.

We have checked our internal logs for tesla_tock. (5FA84990-4C00-8598-FFA4-D59E9A294900). According to the records, the application was not purged by our automated inactivity system.

Instead, it was deleted manually via the Backendless Console on June 10, 2026, at 20:13 (UTC).

This fully explains why you did not receive any automated warning emails: notifications are only sent when the system is preparing to clean up an abandoned project. A manual deletion triggered directly from the Console is executed immediately as an authorized user action.

Since this action requires being logged into the Console and confirming the deletion, we strongly recommend checking with any other co-developers, contractors, or team members who had administrative access to this workspace on that date.
