Like others, we are missing rows of data. If the recovery option takes a few days, I will have customers recreate the records. If it can be done soon, I would prefer that.

@mark-piller, if data is not in the database or the supplied backups, is that lost forever?
At this point, I just need to know how to proceed with customers.

We shared a backup made the closest to the point when we did the rollback. If the data is not in the backup, we cannot recover it.
