Overlapping/contradictory billing for the same app

We are having trouble with billing for this app: BD0781FE-AEF5-99A8-FF85-80DFCC400700

Account Statement (140926882) dated today shows it as Backendless Online - Free. Account info shows as Phonics Ghana [phonicsghana@funx.jp]
Account Statement (140855059) dated yesterday shows it as Backendless Online - Cloud 9 and $25 per month paid and up to date. Account info shows as ei@funx.jp

What we want to happen, please:

  1. Set account info for this app to phonicsghana@funx.jp only. Delete any other email addresses in its account info. Don’t do this for any of our other apps.
  2. DO NOT DELETE THIS APP. NOR OUR OTHER APPS.
  3. Make sure that existing credit card details are re-linked to the account info in 1. above.
  4. Inform me at michael@educatorsinternational.org.uk that everything is reset correctly and we won’t get further contradictory bills.

There are no conflicting bills here for the reason that the account statement 140926882 is for a different app/account, specifically: AE7C1C6A-189B-7712-FF29-2CC2D74C1600 which appears to have been deleted. I have cleared that subscription, so you will not be getting any statements for that account.

As for the other account (the one which is referenced in the 140855059 statement), I changed the email address to the one you specified.
