Password recovery - behavior in "paid plans"

In the REST API docs’ section on password recovery, it says:

“For the applications on the paid plans, the email message includes a link to a customizable web page where the user can enter her own password.”

Does
this mean the “Managed Backendless” alternative for which I have to
contact you to get at price. Or is it enough to be paying for the
“Functional Limits”?

Two types of restore password are available in free version of Backendless.

You not need to buy Functional pack or to use Managed version.
