Password Recovery from Javascript not sending the Email

Hello,
I am trying the password recovery and it fails to send the email to the user.

i am using the Javascript API ( Auto generated code by backendless too )
app id : CF965FF2-7E8B-5343-FF3D-BB9A64734700

Do you have custom email settings or using the default ones?

Could you please let me know the email address where the email should’ve been sent to? I’d like to check in the logs if the message has gone out.
