Password Recovery - Network Error

Hello!

I have a react native app with a recovery password setting. It is working fine, in terms of receiving the email with the link to change the password but if I open the link and try to change the password it appears Network Error, which doesn’t make any sense because I have internet connection and I tried on 2 different devices and it still shows Network Error.

Do you know what it might be?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and our engineers are already fixing it, the ticket number is BKNDLSS-24048. As a temporary solution, we can offer you a password change with a regular password recovery.

To resolve the issue with User requests password recovery by link, use the following workaround:

  1. Open the console - FRONTEND tab - USER INTERFACE - Editing Page change-password from container systems

  2. Choose tab SETTINGS and select REST API Key
