I had two apps, the first had a Springboard plan assigned the second was not on a plan. I’ve since deleted the first app, so how to a transfer the plan to my remaining app please?
Typically we do not transfer springboard plan assignment.
Why did you delete the first application with Springboard plan?
Because I didn’t use it and I thought the licensing would be applied to my second app
I’d created it to complete the missions but then subsequently completed all the missions using my other app
The Springboard plan is linked to the app, not the account.
With a new application - a new Springboard plan should be achieved / bought.
We do not generally do it, but will make a one time exception for you. Please specify the App IDs of the first (deleted) app and the second one, you want to apply Springboard to.

Just finally finished all the missions ! - it was the best experience - So good in so many way - well done on the concept, the support, and platform of course - it’s was “awesome” and that’s not a word a Brit uses

I think there is some sort of misunderstanding here. Our records indicate that the app was never on the Springboard plan. The app was created on Septemeber 28th and remained on trial when it was deleted:
When an app is deleted while on the Springboard plan, our backoffice system would indicate that:

Hi @mark-piller I’m 99.9% certain it said it was on Springboard before I removed it. I believe the plan was assigned to it after I had completed the first set of missions…
Our system indicates that after you completed the missions, the Springboard plan was assigned to the Apps4U app. There is only one app that the Springboard can be assigned to.
