I want to connect a postgreSQL database and added the pack in the marketplace.
It asks for connection details, which I think should be correct, and despite get the error message “Remote Database Unavailable”. I can connect remotely with pgadmin3 to the database and cannot understand what is wrong in the informations I submit to Backendless.

I am having the same Issue today,
I have added our billing information but now get ‘remote database unavailable’ when we try to add unlimited team size plan.
