HI there.
I’m running the community edition on AWS/EC2 and so far I had almost no problems.
Now, suddenly, today it stopped working and when I open the Pro manager just returns an empty page.
I was able to enter the ubuntoo server in AWS and check the status of the pro-manager service and it says is active.
I’ve tried restart it but still doesn’t work.
Any thougts/help on how to solve this problem ?
We have code and data in this server and we need to recover it.

I’m trying to sell internally the need to buy support although it takes time.
Is there any change that we could get support for this issue paying for the service/time provided ?

Our support model is based on a subscription. Please understand we cannot make exceptions because once it is made, everyone could also ask for it, but it is not sustainable for us.

Ok, may be this is the trigger that helps me selling it internally.
Alex Richardson from backendless contacted me offering to start digging in the problem as soon as we buy the support - hopefully it will be tomorrow.
