Problem sending mails from backendlessmail.com to Microsoft 365?

Hi,
Every time lately when I zip a directory, I get the following mail twice. I do not recieve any other mail regarding the zipping-process.
I suspect there are some problems for the backendlessmail-server to send mail to Microsoft 365 ?

The mail is sent from “Backendless”:

Hi @Daniel_Levy1,

This issue occurs due to the concurrent connection limit on the Microsoft 365 server. The error message you received indicates that the Microsoft 365 (Exchange) server has reached the maximum number of concurrent connections allowed for your account.

Backendless is trying to send you an email, but due to these limits, Microsoft 365 is refusing to accept additional emails. This is not an issue with Backendless, but rather with your account settings and limitations on the Microsoft 365 server.

To resolve the issue, try contacting Microsoft 365 Support to learn how to increase your concurrent connection limit or for best practices for managing these messages.

Regards
Nazar
