Hi Backendless team
We are having difficulty with import functions on some of our apps. On import of a zip file (csv) we get a green “success” message on screen, but the zip file has not been uploaded.
Two app IDs affected are D50FBD57-A6E7-F536-FFED-F06806094F00 (PhonicsLiberia) and 9F08D43B-00F9-C594-FF61-E8E42B189E00 (PhonicsSamoa). But we suspect maybe they are all affected.
Urgent, we’re trying to upload data today.
Please describe the expected behavior of the issue, starting from the first action.
1.We attempt to import data to Users table using a file users.zip (containing correctly formatted file users.csv) via Dashboard>Manage>Import>Backendless app>Import.
2.We get green Success message on screen within 2 seconds
3. We receive an email message confirming successful import
3.We find a log showing successful upload in Files> Import folder
4. Users named in the users.zip file have been imported into the database and can be found when searched, counted etc
5. As alternative to uploading a zip file with many new Users, we could have uploaded them one by one through the dashboard
1.As before, we import data to Users table using file users.zip (containing correctly formatted file users.csv) via Dashboard>Manage>Import>Backendless app>Import
2.We get green Success message (within 2 seconds)
3.We find log file in Files> Import folder. This file has one row for every new data item (in this case each user): eg
“08:11:36 IMPORT_DATA Table 'D50FBD57-A6E7-F536-FFED-F06806094F00.udt.users’ doesn’t exist”
4. This route having failed, we are still able to upload new users individually via the dashboard. Works, but way too slow.
Can you advise please?
