Problem with requests from UK

One of my clients got multiple errors with requests to Backendless from UK. He got ERR_CONNECTION_RESET and ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on page load (page contains links to scripts hosted at Backendless instance)

  • where is your app located, in the US or EU cluster?
  • could you please provide a curl of the failed requests, or provide steps to reproduce the issue?

sounds like a temp network issue, I tried open the site several time and I do not see any problems
