Problem with ssl certificate

Backendless Version 5.3.1
Client SDK (Android )
Application ID C7E4D6B0-688D-F07A-FF85-8F60722C2600

I’m trying to register a real time database listener:

tarefasRT.addCreateListener("consultor = '$user'", object : AsyncCallback<Tarefa> {
        override fun handleFault(fault: BackendlessFault?) {
        }

        override fun handleResponse(response: Tarefa?) {
              Log.e("BACKENDLESS", "recebeu")
        }
    })

I’m receiving those error messages at Logcat:

E/RTLookupService: Lookup failed BackendlessException{ code: '3064', message: 'Not existing user token - F6F3BD94-CFDD-C568-FFD8-F19A26835100. Relogin user to update your user token', extendedData: '{}', detail: 'Not existing user token - F6F3BD94-CFDD-C568-FFD8-F19A26835100. Relogin user to update your user token' }

E/cketIOConnectionManager: Connection failed [io.socket.engineio.client.EngineIOException: xhr poll error]

I’m loggin in just before register the listener. I think that is an issue with ssl certificate.

Help, please.

Hi @Ryta_Kulikowsky

Are you sure these error messages is related to listener registration? Can you try to remove the registration and run the code again?

Best Regards,
Maksym

Yes, I’m sure. I did it and runs perfectly.
